The Power Shoulder Press develops shoulder, back and lat strength, and replicates the press-pull motion of the shoulder that is specific to many upper body movements used in football, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, rowing and more.

The Shoulder Press isolates the shoulder, upper arm and upper back muscles and the six resistance settings allow the user to work at functional speeds for either strength or velocity specific speeds for their sport at maximal muscle overload, on every rep.
