The Power Leg Press is designed to attain maximum quadricep work and allows the athlete to stretch the hamstrings fully. The Power Leg Press is a compact, lower body exercise unit that strengthens glutes and quadriceps. The athlete can use the Power Leg Press to isolate conditioning, just using of one leg at a time, with the machine adjusting automatically to the output of the user.
