The Power Incline Press/Row develops the press-pull motion that is specific to many upper body movements used in football, basketball, wrestling, rowing and more.

The unique design allows the user to work in different forward upper body positions, which allow the user to work the upper arms, shoulder and upper back at functional speeds for their specific sport. Four handles on the resistance bar allow for many different hand positions and shoulder angles.

Six resistance settings allow the user to train for strength or do high velocity specific exercises. As the muscle fatigues the mechanics of the hydraulic cylinder automatically adjust so that the athlete is still working 100% of what his muscle is capable of generating at that time.
