The Hydra-Gym Power Dip Shrug machine provides an exceptional & safe way to develop strength, power and endurance in the trapezius, biceps, triceps, and musculature of the shoulder. When performing the shrug exercise the user will have maximal resistance throughout the full range of motion; the Power Shrug is also a great exercise for strengthening the abdominal and lower back muscles. The patented hydraulic cylinders have 6 resistance settings to accommodate, both high resistance strength training or high velocity sets for power and endurance.
