Chest Press/Row

The Power Chest Press/Row provides what no other unit can for upper body development in a “functional training” mode. The reciprocal press-pull motion replicates many upperbody movements used in football, basketball, wrestling, rowing and more. Six cylinder adjustments provide a more accommodating and complete exercise program, as the user can train for strength or do high velocity specific exercises.

The functional isokinetic resistance requires the athlete to do more work as gravity or inertia is nota factor, and that provides 100% muscle overload throughout the range of motion for every rep.
